Shipping policy

  • Our current standard box holds 10 pounds of meat. Any additional amount will be shipped in separate boxes

  • All shipments go out on Monday unless it is a holiday, in which the shipment will be scheduled for the following week.

  • We reserve the right to move shipping due to inclement weather.

  • All boxes are shipped with dry ice. The dry ice cost is included in the shipping cost.

  • All our boxes have recyclable insulation liners.

  • All shipments are sent via UPS with estimated ship time of 3 to 7 days.

  • We cannot deliver orders outside of the Continental United States or to Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Alaska or Hawaii.

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. 

  • It is important that you provide a complete address and telephone number for shipping.
