The tomahawk is a tender bone-in steak from the Rib with a long bone and marbling that adds flavor. Simply season and grill, smoke or slow cook in the oven.
- Approximately 2 - 3 inches thick (cut as thick as the rib bone)
- Vacuum sealed and sometimes wrapped in butcher paper
All of our meat is raised on our Nebraska Ranch and processed in a local USDA Inspected facility.
