Chuck Steak comes from the forequarter (Beef Chuck). This steak is best marinated prior to grilling. Great for braising and slow cooking to achieve the best, tenderness and full flavor. Chuck Steak is a very underestimated cut!

- Vacuum sealed, wax paper between steaks and wrapped in butcher paper
